How do I choose the correct size?

You can view the sizing information of a product by clicking on the size charts on the product’s page. This link will open a specific size
chart for the selected product’s category.

What do I do if a product is not available in my size or preferred colour?

If a product is not available in your size or your preferred colour, you can choose to be notified when we bring it back in our stock. We
will email you as soon as the product is back in stock or call us on +91 9108862599 & we will update you once the stock is back with
us.

Is it mandatory to create an account to shop?

Yes, it is necessary to create a labelzstore.com account to shop on this site. The process of creating an account shouldn’t take more
than a couple of minutes. Your labelzstore.com account will allow you to track your orders, receive the status of your orders via email
as well as remain notified on exclusive offers, newsletters and much more

What if I forget my password?

What are the modes of payment available on the website?

You may also choose to pay via Cash on Delivery for certain PIN codes.

Is Cash on Delivery specific to PIN codes?

For certain PIN codes, Cash on Delivery will not be available. Only Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking payment options can be

Returns And Refunds

Is there any product which is non-returnable?

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on Innerwear’s, Vests, Underwear’s, Briefs, Bras,
Panties, Camisoles, Tank Tops, Shapewears, Thermals, Socks or any other product falling under the Innerwear category.

How to return a Product?

To place return request call us on +91 9108862599 or write to us at labelzonline@gmail.com. Our Customer Care Team will guide you
through the return and refund process.DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team. In case any product is
returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or refund.
Once our Quality Check Team has received the returned goods, our team will examine the returned products for all defects/variations,
based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our Quality Check Team that your return fulfils all conditions mentioned above, we will
initiate your refund. We will Call or send you an email and SMS informing you if your return has been accepted or rejected.
Upon examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to customer, you will not be
entitled for Refund. In such a case, the same product you returned will be sent back to you.

How to get a refund?
